Move Out Instructions
When ready to move out please give us at least a 2-week notice. Please download and complete the "Move Out Notice" document by clicking the link above. Once the document is completed please email it to info@CentralVillageSelfStorage.com. In order to receive your full deposit back upon vacating, the following must occur:
- Acknowledgment from our office that we have received your move-out notice. Please allow 2-3 days from the day of emailing your notice to receive an acknowledgment,
- The unit is in the same condition when received on day one,
- The unit is broom clean with no items left behind,
- The unit is unlocked and accessible but with the door closed and,
- All balances, fees, etc. are paid in full.
Please allow 7-10 business days from your move-out date to receive your security deposit refund. If you paid your security deposit via credit card it will be refunded back to that card. If you paid by cash or check it will be refunded by check and mailed to the forwarding address on the "Move Out Notice" document.
